David has been a Principal Broker of California Real Estate Network since 1997, with expertise in selling and managing residential, multi-family, and small commercial properties. He has extensive experience in Bank REO sales and asset portfolio management. David is very knowledgeable in land-use and zoning issues. He is actively applying his knowledge and expertise to redevelop multi-family properties. As a past state President and Board Chairperson for the California Association of Real Estate Brokers (CAREB), he has been a longtime advocate for affordable and workforce housing, emphasizing increasing homeownership among African Americans. David has a Bachelor of Business and Management from the University of Redlands, California, and a Master of Urban Planning degree from the University of Southern California, Sol Price School of Public Policy. He is a 33-year member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., currently active with Beta Psi Lambda Chapter in Los Angeles, CA.

David has been a member of Four Seasons West Ski & Snowboard Club (4SW) and the National Brotherhood of Skiers (NBS) since 1996. David is a past president and ski coach for 4SW and is a current member of the Board of Directors. With pride and pleasure, David is now serving as the NBS Vice-President of the Western Region.
